Primary information

Booking conditions:

The offer is valid until 31.12.2025 excluding the Christmas-New Year period and long weekends. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
Prices include VAT.
Condition for booking packages is payment of 50% of the order value after booking by bank transfer or credit card guarantee.
Reservations not confirmed by payment will be cancelled.
The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Reservation can be cancelled free of charge 7 days before arrival.
Refund to the payer’s account will be made within 14 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Hotel staff, according to regulations concerning the protection standards for minors, is obliged to identify the child and establish their relationship with the adult, for example:

Request additional documents during check-in of minors, such as ID (or other age-verifying document) and written consent from legal guardians.
In case minors travel without guardians, the hotel may require an official document confirming the guardians' consent for the stay or make a phone call to confirm the child’s presence with an unrelated adult with their consent.
