The rooms are equipped with: glasses, coffee and tea cups, towels, hair dryer. In addition, it is possible to rent wine or vodka glasses for an extra charge - service charge 5 PLN/unit. There are no bathrobes in the houses, you can rent a bathrobe at the reception (price for bathrobe rental - 15 PLN/unit). Guests are offered access to many attractions in the Palace and Manor Farm Łochów, such as Relaxation Zone with SPA & Wellness with a swimming pool, sauna complex, jaccuzzi, water jets, paddling pool for children; Children's Zone: playground and outdoor playground, workshops and animations organised by a professional team of animators, farm with animals, Recreation Zone with recreation and sports equipment: bicycles, pedal boats, canoes, multifunctional fields, outdoor tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball and a full-size gymnasium with volleyball, tennis, basketball, handball courts, gym, billiards, bowling alley with 2 lanes to play*. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel complex: Restaurant Paśnik with a bar in Folwark and Restaurant u Zamoyskiego with regional cuisine of Mazovia and Podlasie. The entire property is pet-friendly. You must always inform the hotel reception in advance if you plan to arrive with your pet. There is an additional charge for pets. HOTEL HOUSE REGULATIONS These Regulations establish the rules of use of the rooms and grounds comprising the Łochów Palace and Manor Farm and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing the registration card, as well as by making a reservation or paying a deposit or the entire amount due for the stay at the Hotel. By performing the aforementioned actions, the Guest confirms that he/she has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations. Check-in begins at 15:00 and ends at 10:00 the next day. If the client does not vacate the room at 10:00 a.m. this will be the basis for charging for the next started day, but it is not a guarantee of prolonging the stay. The wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated in the booking confirmation, the guest should report at the reception until 18:00 on the previous day, on which the room rental period expires. The reservation may be extended subject to room availability according to the current price list. The hotel guest may not transfer the room occupied by him/her to other persons, even if the period for which he/she has paid the fee due for the stay has not expired. Persons not registered at the hotel may stay in the hotel room from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm after prior notification to the Reception. Curfew is in effect from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am the following day and must be strictly observed by all Guests. The Hotel reserves the right to charge a fine of PLN 1000 for breaking the curfew resulting in the intervention of security. Due to the requirements of fire protection in the hotel rooms it is not allowed to use any instruments or apparatuses powered by electricity or gas that are not part of the room equipment The hotel does not agree to stick any kind of decorations, balloons and other items that are not part of the permanent equipment of the room to the walls. The hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 500 PLN for damage caused by the installation of decorations. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of objects, equipment and technical devices of "Pałac i Folwark Łochów" which arise due to intentional or unintentional fault of the hotel guest or his visitors. "Pałac i Folwark Łochów" is not responsible for valuables left in the rooms and on the premises. Please deposit all valuables in the safe, which is located at the Reception. Liability for loss of or damage to items brought by guests to the Hotel premises is governed by the provisions of Title XXIX of the Civil Code - Liability, lien and statute of limitations of claims maintaining hotels and similar establishments The Łochów Palace and Folwark shall not be liable for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a guest. The guest acknowledges that the parking lots located on the premises of the Łochów Palace and Manor Farm are unguarded parking lots. Pets are allowed on the hotel premises for an additional fee. The owner of the animal is obliged to have its current vaccination card The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction done by the animal to the equipment and technical devices of the Palace and Manor Farm Łochów and for causing damage to a third party. Items left by the Guest in the rooms of the Palace and Manor Farm Łochów after notification and ordering a courier will be sent back by the reception at the expense of the Guest to the address indicated by the Guest. If the Guest does not indicate the address to which the items left behind are to be sent back within one month from the date of departure, the hotel will proceed with the items according to the regulations on lost or found items. On the premises of the Łochów Palace and Manor Farm it is forbidden to consume alcohol purchased outside the facility. In case of non-compliance with the above provision, Arche S.A. may charge the Guest with the so-called cork fee in the amount of 100 PLN/person. It is forbidden to take tableware and food out of the restaurant. Early departure due to illness of a Guest staying at the Hotel, illness of a family member or other fortuitous events forcing the Guest to leave the Hotel early does not entitle the Guest to claim reimbursement for unused services
